1. We develop relationships
Finding a good contractor isn’t easy, but it’s essential if your
project is going to run smoothly, including meeting budget and
time constraints. At Rob Boram Construction, we:
• Listen to your needs and desires
• Communicate constantly — from the first contact call
through final reveal via land lines,
cell phones and
e-mail
• Educate you about terminology, techniques and products so
you can make wise choices
you won’t regret
• Shop together or send you shopping with preferred vendors.
We also pre-select items for
busy homeowners, which makes
final selection stress-free

2. We plan your project properly
Poorly planned projects do not enhance your home, allow for
maximum resale value or enhance our reputation. At Rob Boram
Construction we:
• Create a plan that incorporates feasibility studies,
schematics,
design development and detailed
construction documents
• Include you as a member of the RBC team. You’re
involved
in the entire planning process, so there
are no surprises during
construction
• Hold systematic meetings throughout the planning and
construction stages
• Design projects to fit your budget and expectations. We will
not waste your time and
money over-designing a project that
can’t be built
3. We manage your project from start to finish
Rob Boram Construction takes responsibility for all project
aspects, which helps to create harmony between designers and
builders. This includes:
• Assigning a RBC production “leadman” who focuses on your
project exclusively from the
first pre-construction meeting to final reveal
• Coordinating all subcontractor work, which ensures
consistency
• Managing change orders and allowances via a system that
eliminates misunderstandings
and unexpected cost overruns
• Providing a three-year workmanship warranty after project
completion
